Dpo 17...looking for some positive vibes😊😊

I had my blood test, hcg 1479, Next blood test tomorrow. But I am experiencing spotting since dpo 10, specifically when I wake up in the morning, not bleeding only drops.. is it normal for fibroids pregnancy? Or otherwise? No other symptoms, no cramps no pain. Thanks
