Yes, Mama. I'm so sorry. I learned I had to have dinner at least 3 hours before bed so I had time to digest and I'd take antacids right before laying down and I'd prop up on my left side.

During my second pregnancy I had really bad heartburn. 
I mean, dry heaving, couldn’t get comfortable, horrible. 
After baby came, it went away, or so I thought. 
On my husband’s first day back to work he came out on break and I had “heartburn.” It started around 1030am and I still had it at 4pm. 
I went to urgent care and they took blood and did an ultrasound. Turned out it was my gallbladder. They sent me to the hospital and kept an eye on me throughout the night. The next morning they decided to remove my gallbladder and since then no problems. 
The urgent care doctor told me that the gallbladder issues I was having are very common for pregnant women and that they mimic heartburn symptoms. 
If it continues and nothing seems to help, I would definitely ask your OB about it.

I just got a wedge pillow after I inhaled my reflux the other night.

Yes definitely! I tried everything to help me. I was miserable. My close friend told me to drink a cup of cold milk. I thought that was ridiculous and didn’t think it would help.
Turns out that’s the ONLY thing that helps my heartburn and takes relief immediately
