Breast milk
I’m going out tomorrow and I’ve prepared a bottle for my LO (10 days old).
I just pumped it and it’s in the fridge. I was just wondering how long out of the fridge will it last and how do I heat it up in public?
I’m new too bottle feeding breast milk but unfortunately I can’t BF in public so I have to use a bottle
