Anyone delivered at 37 weeks?

Question

Was your baby preterm or were they developmentally on track? Did they need to go to nicu? I delivered my oldest at 37 weeks and she was absolutely fine but my doc is scaring me about baby possibly being born preterm at that time. MFM is trying to schedule me for 37 weeks due to lupus complications

I had my toddler at 36 weeks 5 days and she was 6lbs 7 oz and she was happy and healthy. No NICU stay at all.

My oldest was born at 37wks and 2 days. He met all his mile stones on time. Very smart boy. He’s 13 now.

I had her on the day of my 37th week. She was considered early term but she had no issues. She was 5lbs 13oz. She was healthy.

I had my son at 37 weeks and he was considered full term. He weighed 7lbs 9ozs and only spent 7 hours in the NICU because he become distressed when my doctor had to unwrap his umbilical cord from around his neck twice. He’s about to be 8 months in 6 days but this kid looks older than that  and he’s hitting milestones on time and early.

My water broke at 37+2, baby weigh 7.7lbs and didn’t have any complications, he went home with me

37 weeks is early term not preterm. 
Most 37 weekers don’t need nicu time. 
I had a 35 weeker and she was only in the nicu for a week. And she was a tiny preemie!! Just big enough for her car seat.

Was induced with my daughter at 37w but had her closer to 38w since it took forever for her to come out. She weighed 6lbs and some oz but I forgot. No NICU but the only problem was she did have jaundice for a day or two before they could fully release us. My dr wants to induce me again at 37w only because I have preeclampsia. So I’m just hoping nothing goes wrong and I won’t have to be induced earlier.

Currently 37+2 in the hospital getting induced since 8am- so I’ll let you know when he comes out lol 😅
