Changing nose hoop for the first time?
Does anyone have any tips for changing a nose ring with a captive bead for the first time? I have seen videos where people twist them to get them out, I’m wondering if that’s the best way? I got it pierced almost 3 months ago and I’m thinking of changing it maybe soon
