Worried about baby being dehydrated 😣

My baby is officially 4 days old she had only 2 pee & poop diapers on day 3 & day two she only had 1 pee & wet diaper if I’m not mistaken ☹️ isn’t that signs of dehydration ?? I’m afraid I’m hurting her we nurse every 2 hours and on demand so I’m not understanding at all !!

Another reason I think it’s dehydration is bc to achieve that 2nd poop and pee diaper for day 3 I defrosted some colostrum I collected while pregnant and fed her 20ml from a bottle and she peed and poop immediately after ‼️ any tips or pointers ? She’s strictly breastfed other than once ? Should I give her a bottle atleast once a day to help with easy flow for her ??
