I know i shouldnt be asking on here but who knows maybe someoen went through same thing, I have like this burning stabbing sensation on my legt boob the first time, and now when I press on it it hurts nd my left boob looks bigger, it sore or just laying on it kind of hurts like achy idk its hard to explain, but my last period was on 31st I normally get both my breast sore and tender before period is this due to hormones or something I should be worried about?

Like i think first time it really hurted was like 2 days ago.

Im scared also Im extremely young im 20 so i wouldnt think this is like cancer 😰
