❌TMI haemorrhoids mentioned ❌

I’m on my second pregnancy and noticed I’m struggling for normal bowl movement basically, weeing I’m perfectly fine with but second I can’t go at all.

After my first birth I suffered with haemorrhoids but they weren’t so bad basically so didn’t worry much about them but this was 4 years ago and now I’ve noticed more have popped up and I have struggled to get rid of them. I have mentioned to my GP a while back but he didn’t do much about it at all.

I basically have around 6-7 of them and they don’t hurt at all but make it harder to go.

Does anyone know of any creams which is safe during pregnancy to help get rid of them? Or do I see another doctor basically
