Watery discharge !??

Hi I’m 28 week pregnant everything is normal so far but I have notice watery discharge for a while now .. usually after I use the bathroom and wipe (dry very well) I will feel wetness in my underwear when I will go to bathroom and check again it looks like spot of water not that big and no smell or itching or anything not even heavy the only good explanation is it looks like water .. did u ever experience it ? I have appointment next week I will ask my doc
