Gestational Diabetes ladies
I’m almost 15weeks pregnant and already have the betus. Even though I’ve had this 4 times before, I am struggling. I pretty much eat eggs every morning for breakfast snack on pork rinds and cheese. Lunch is veggies a bunless burger from McDonald’s some times tuna. Then Some sort of meat and veggies for dinner. When I can’t find something to eat I drink a V8 juice which is not filling at all. I try and stay under 30carbs to keep my sugars in check. if I go over my numbers are high. I can’t do fake sugar substitutes cuz they give me migraines. What are some good low to no carb snacks that I can fill up on?
