8w 6 days sicker than ever

Guys I'm really struggling. I expected sickness but I guess I was blind sided to the extent of sickness. I've had multiple episodes of 24 hours of vomiting without being able to hold fluids/food down. On the days where I'm not having 24 hour vomiting I still barely eat or drink because I'm so sick. Horrible stomach pain and puking a ton of bile, I contribute the pain to the stomach bile. I've had to get 3 liters of IV fluid since Sunday this week which does help me feel better. I have zofran from OB which only helps sometimes and Phenergan which I immediately puked up. I had horrible pelvic pains and the ER thought I was having an appendicitis which they ruled out. Despite the dehydrations/sickness OB totally brushed me off and wouldn't even give me a call back to help me get IV fluids (when they told me to call them) or see me. I had an US at the hospital and baby is great. My hcg level is 250,000 but range for 8 weeks is 15,000-200,000. Has anyone else experienced slightly higher hcg levels? Thought that might be contributing to the level of sickness. Has anyone else had to receive consistent IV fluids through pregnancy? It feels like it's never ending. I just want to be there for my husband, family & job but I've been so sick all I do is sit on the couch 😓
