Baby eye discharge and has lots of nose boogers

Ladies help please

My 8 month old baby has been a bit under the weather the past few days, she has a runny nose and stuffy nose, now she’s getting like discharge in her eyes kinda light greenish but it’s only at night. The discharge only comes at night not during the day. At night her nose gets super stuffy as well. She’s had no fever at all she does get a bit of a cough but every now and then. Not sure how I could help her I’ve been using a humidifier and saline drops on her nose as well as the nose frida, and during the day it’s not too bad but at night she gets so stuffed up. Idk if I should take her to the doctor or ????? 😩
