Mucus plug? Or normal discharge.

TMI!!!!
So I’m kinda panicky right now. 
I am 25 weeks and 4 days pregnant and I went pee and felt a bit of discharge come out. When I got up I got super nervous, this is my first pregnancy. Is this just normal discharge or is this my mucus plug…

Could be plug but losing a bit of plug that small is nothing to worry about. Your plug regenerates. Unless you start losing large pieces that are bloody/blood tinged or you start having painful contractions, then there is nothing to worry about. I'm on my fourth pregnancy and with 3 of time I lost pieces of my plug here and there starting around 20 weeks or so and my kids were all carried between 38 and 39 weeks. 
But if these comments don't set you at ease, never be afraid to call your midwife or OB for any little concern. That's what they are there for and they are very used to having worried mothers to be call about concerns so don't worry about bothering them when you're worried about something!

It’s normal!!! Nothing to worry. I would worry (at that stage) if there was blood with it only.
