Hydronephrosis

Has anyone had mild to moderate hydronephrosis during pregnancy? I’m 24 weeks pregnant and this past Sunday I started having severe lower abdominal pain and pressure and had my normal check up Tuesday. I told the doctor and he said my urinalysis showed large amount of blood, leukocytes and positive for protein. So they sent it off for a culture. The pain worsened to the point I couldn’t walk so I went to the labor and delivery unit (per OB instructions). They checked baby and everything was great and just prescribed antibiotics for a UTI. Well my culture came back negative for infection and here we are 5 days later and I’m still having on and off severe pain and pressure. The antibiotics didn’t make any difference in symptoms either. They order a renal ultrasound and it showed I have mild to moderate bilateral hydronephrosis. I’m still waiting to hear from my OB and what they think and recommend. Just wondering if anyone else had to deal with this and what ended up happening?
