Need help with calorie deficit
I am currently 242 pounds and do not work out at the moment I’m a stay at home mom of two toddlers and a nine month old so things like that are hard at the moment it’s hard to make good food choices as well sometimes but I really want to be in a calorie deficit The calculators online I’ll give different amounts I just want to do the right one can anybody help me figure out what my deficit could be I am 36 years old 5‘6“ right now I am doing 1800 cal I was doing 1700 but I am so confused due to every website being different I don’t know what one is the right one for me I forgot to add that I am currently breast-feeding my nine month old and the only time I am ever off of my feet is during her feedings other than that I am constantly going inside the house from doing laundry to cleaning to organizing to dishes I’m just always going
