What to bring to a baby shower...?

...when youve already bought a Gift from the registry?

Today I'm attending my friend's baby shower. I've already bought her a gift from her registry that wad delivered yesterday. But I do t want to showbup empty handed. Also, the gift was delivered to her house and the party will be at her friend's house so she won't get to open my gift upfront of everyone... it may be silly but I feel like it'll look bad that I'm empty handed and didn't bring a gift. I'm thinking a card, and flowers?
