Chemical pregnancy cause heavy clot period?

I've been having a lot of lower abdominal discomfort all month sincey last cycle roughly 3 weeks ago. I have had a lot of tests come back healthy and no appendicitis, etc..etc.

I'm hoping my next period returns to normal as I've never experienced such a heavy one like that. Well it just occured to me that I wonder if I had a chemical pregnancy.

My pregnancy tests but few had the most faintest lines, however not very visible but I felt they were just false negatives since my period came anyways but I had hope in the last 2 tests to darken.

** In short can a very early/short chemical pregnancy cause a heavy clotted period with cramps lasting even after the period ended? I have a Drs appointment coming but it's been hard to even be seen lately with few appointment slots available 😕 **

Quite frustrated to have such an odd cycle when I'm always normal and it occurs on the second month suddenly of TTC..
