Make up revolution conceal & perfect HYDRATING foundation . 
I’ve learned that concealer works best for me! I have the same issues & foundations would look decent but I’ve found a concealer that works the best! It’s the nyx serum concealer ! It’s amazing! It has coverage - it’s buildable , it’s extremely creamy & hydrating ! I literally use it like a foundation! 
Also I use loose setting powder & a triangle powder puff to set! It doesn’t pick up my dry patches when I apply it like that
