Early period?

My period is due in 6 days but today I wiped myself and there was a bit of blood. Very very light and when I peed again a couple minutes later it was nearly gone.

I’m scared tomorrow I will wake up with a full period. My stomach feels funny & I feel nauseous:(

I’ve been feeling off the past couple days and nauseous in the mornings and nights. I was so certain this was my month 😔😔😔😔

Anyway 6 days early! Is that something I should be concerned about??!! Thank you
