5 days “late” isn’t late at all. Regular cycles can vary by up to 7 days. How are you tracking ovulation? If you ovulate later, your period will start later.

Like Lauren said. If your period is coming later than usual, then it means you’re ovulating later than usual also. So make sure you’re taking opks to find out when you are ovulating so you don’t miss it
