This is the first thing I want you to do, STOP STRESSING!

Listen to and learn your body ladies! This will help you on the journey to pregnancy so much more!

If you eat a certain thing, how does it make your body feel? Does it upset your stomach or have any other negative effect? THEN STOP EATING IT.

When you work out do you feel better and more positive than you did before you started? Then keep doing it!

Do you observe what comes out of your body? If not, then you should!

So on and so forth. It’s enough that medical professionals too often do not like to help during the journey and are sometimes mean about it. But they do not know your body more than you do and the things that goes on with our bodies says a lot about our health.

I never had a regular cycle until I started listening to my body and doing what it likes naturally. You wouldn’t abuse another living being and expect it to still treat you well.
