Spotting with early pregnancy???! 🩸 🤰🏼

I’m 3-5 weeks we’re not sure yet I’m 2 months postpartum so idk when I ovulated or anything.

But 5 days ago on Friday I had some really light (only when I wiped) spotting pink that went away Saturday. Sunday I have some more a bit heavier but like a few drops on a pantry liner but it’s brown. Disappeared & came back Monday morning but heavier not filling the pad but def more than a few drops still brown a tiny bit of red. That never stopped today I had the same thing still but this afternoon it was red with barely any brown & still kind like a light period (again not filling a pantry liner tho) but now it’s back to barely anything light pink but only when I wipe….. idk what to think…. 4 miscarriages none of them have been like this but none of my pregnancies have had this much spotting/bleeding… calling doctor tomorrow I keep telling myself it’s fine that it’s okay and all but idk.

I hate this I’m honestly really scared but I don’t wanna say anything to my husband or anyone else, we already told our parents & siblings I think they would be mad for telling them so soon if I have another miscarriage, idk if I can even handle another miscarriage…
