Is this hand foot and mouth - 4 pics and description !

Okay so I had my babies 12 month dr appt last Thursday. He had a rough patch of skin on his arm and it’s been there for a while. My other baby has had some of the same problems on her cheeks and arms and it was eczema. The dr said that that’s also what this looks like and to use moisturizer for it.

So anyways it’s now been 5ish days and he started having diarrhea 3 days ago like 4-5 times in one day. For 2 days that went on. He in fussy, he woke up at 3am and his temp was 99.3 under armpit.

I have been giving Tylenol and also drooling so I thought maybe teething? Maybe just a cold? Also sneezing. And bad diaper rash. The diaper rash is better today after using lots of cream for it.

Well then I realized today his arm where it was just dry little bumps last week had a rough patch of red bumps now and it was also on his other hand little random dots.

He has 2 on his ankle also??? I called nurse and told them and they said oh sounds like the eczema is worse so get some cortisone cream. Idk what to do? I am going to call nurse back and ask to send pictures because I don’t like this.
