Vitex?

Has anyone tried this herb? I saw it at GNC and am considering trying it.

I used it for only a week or two it gave me awful migraines so I had to stop however I did ovulate early and I think it's because of the vitex now I'm wondering am I pregnant or not and if not is my period going to start on a 28 day cycle

Don't take it. I took it and gave me prolong bleeding and my bleeding hasn't stopped
