Baby carriers for big dads?

My husband is a big dude with wide shoulders. 6’2, 260 lbs. He wants to have our baby strapped to him one day so I was wondering if there are any carriers that could work for both of us? (Mainly him though)

We have this one and it extends pretty large. It fits me at 5’7” and 230 and fits my mom (I will say barely) at 5’6” and 260. It fits my husband well at 6’1” and he was weighing around 210-220.
