Biggest advice other than take birth control AND use a condom is foreplay. Learn how to make yourself orgasm by exploring your own body on your own as well.
Relax and find a rhythm. Don’t try 150 different positions or moves all at once. Find a grove and stick to it for about 3-5 mins and see if it works for you.
