Can you still feel flutters early with anterior placenta?

I am 15 weeks tomorrow and I just felt something like bubbles popping. It very well could be all in my head though lol. I wasn't expecting to start feeling anything for weeks cause I have an anterior placenta. Has anyone else felt flutters or movement early with an anterior placenta?

Yes, anterior placenta here and felt baby first move at 16w5d, felt like a wave in my abdomen

I had an a anterior placenta with my 1st and I felt very minimal moment at 19 weeks 
I am now pregnant with my second and again I have an anterior placenta and I thought I felt something I’m 15 weeks but I know it will take a while

I've had an anterior placenta with #2 and #3. I felt #2 at 13 weeks and #3 at 12 weeks
