What’s considered 1st day of period?

I’m trying to calculate a predicted due date. I bled on a Saturday lightly, a few smears of light pink when I would wipe occasionally. Then Sunday is when the flow was heavy and full blown period. However, I’m not sure when to say my period started. Saturday or Sunday ??

I think it’d be the first day you’re bleeding, spotting. My monthly’s usually start light too then get heavy and back to light. I usually count the first day as the day I see blood no matter how light or heavy.
