My dilemma- I work at a public school as an administrative assistant making $50k a year. Flexible hours in the summer (must be here 2-3 days a week) and school vacations off. (Benefits- vacation time, sick time and pension)

I got a job offer at a law office making $40 an hour (insane hourly amount!) making the same amount annually and only working 3 days a week year round. (Benefits: 5paid vaca days, 401k matching)

I don’t know what to do. I would LOVE to work 3 days a week but I’m worried about leaving the school job even tho I don’t want to work here forever.

What would you do?
