3 times this year my fiancé and I have had 3 miscarriages and 1 on Halloween last year. I'm just wanting to cry and give up. I get to sit and watch my siblings all have kids and their 2nd and 3rd and my friends have multiple babies, and here I am just 1 miscarriage after the other. My fiancé and I don't tell anyone because we don't want to keep getting everyone happy and then upset. So we said if we ever did get pregnant we wouldn't say a word till the 2nd trimester but I can't even get past 5 or 6 weeks. If there is anything that anyone has tried that has helped conceive please let me know and also if your obgyn has given any medication to help or what worked. I'm desperate
