My cervix is hard an open and high I’ve been having EWCM and positive opks today am i ovulating/fertile

None of these mean you’re ovulating, nor do they confirm you will ovulate, unfortunately. After an initial positive OPK (onset of the LH surge), ovulation will most likely occur within a 24-hour period.
