Today I was in my kitchen and put down my 16 mos old, while she was walking away I sneezed and felt a painful pop. I laid down for a little while and we had to go to the pumpkin patch for my other daughter’s field trip. I pretty much carried my 16 mos old when she got tired of running around and then my 3yr old demanded I carry her toward the end. I didn’t carry them for very long, mostly just to hug them and walk for a bit to the next activity.

When we got home, I sneezed again (allergies…arrrgh) and felt the same pain. It hurts every time I sneeze now…should I be concerned? Should I get ahold of my doc?
