I had my first ultrasound today at 6w1d. There was no gestational sac. They ruled out on an ectopic. My tests have gotten darker each day. Now we're going to test my beta hcg to see if the levels are rising as they should every 48 hours. I'm so disappointed and drained from all this. They said that either I'm way earlier than 6 weeks and got my dates wrong, or it's going to be a miscarriage. Has anyone ever been in the same boat and gone on to see a healthy baby in subsequent ultrasounds?
