Anyone tried this? PCOS

Trying to bring my period back after 10 months PP, trying to get my cycle back and regular so we can start thinking about the next baby. I’m only expressing 3 times a day now with a 12 hour hold overnight. I have PCOS.

Any recommendations? Doctor isn’t interested in helping me until it’s been 2 years post baby.
