Working out and Sweat Bands
Hi ! Before I got pregnant I was working on losing weight. I workout at least 4 days a week (cardio, strength training). My question is , I’m going to continue working out throughout my pregnancy but I wear a sweet sweat sweat belt when I workout. Should I stop wearing it ? Or if I can wear it for now, when should I stop using it while working out? I’m 8 weeks.
