Has anyone experienced pressure and swelling down there during their 2nd trimester? My nethers are a bit more swollen. I’ve researched pregnancy hemorrhoids but there’s no bleeding or itching. Just pressure down there and some twitches of my urethra which I blame on my babies kicks but maybe not? They’re just so random. Anyone else? Wondering what I even ask my doctor about on this one.
