Yup my baby girl turned head down around 28 weeks and still head down

Both my son's were head down the whole pregnancy.

My son moved head down about 30 weeks and stayed there the rest of the pregnancy - totally normal!

Most people's babies are headdown by then.

Yes & that's normal. They can even flip back around past that point.
