Does anyone else’s anxiety become higher in between waiting for their next scan?

I get a bunch of scans every month due to being high risk with twins and I gut soooooo nervous in between them

Definitely, they’re making me wait 14 weeks in Between my scans and I’m pretty upset 😒

Yeah I have been. I usually try using a home Doppler when I get anxious but the one I have this time doesn't work well enough apparently (or its just cause of user error) cause I'm having a hard finding the heartbeat at home but at all my appointments so far with just a Doppler in the office, my Dr finds it as soon as he puts the Doppler on my stomach. Now baby is kicking more often which is helping my anxiety.
