Vertebrae grinding?
Hey everyone, I am 18w5d, the last 2 days have been torture. My lower back hurts so bad. C, It feel like the vertebrae in my back are grinding. Anyone else have this problem? Anyway to fix it? Or help with the pain. I've taken Tylenol and a hot shower. Didn't help.
