Nipple discharge, not pregnant

Hello! I’m gonna call my OB today and make an appointment but would like to hear some opinions.

Last night I touched my boob and realized there was a stinging pain, I thought that was weird and inspected thinking maybe one of my cats accidentally have me a scratch. I noticed my duct was a little more visible than normal so I squeezed on it, not really thinking anything of it and some clear, maybe cloudy discharge came out. Not much just like a couple of dots. Immediately I panicked and thought I could be pregnant. Im on BC but you never know, so I took an early test, showing I’m negative.

What do you ladies think? Has this ever happened to you? Im scared to death, and cancer does not run in the family that I know of.
