Tingling in feet and hands
Has anyone had their arms and hands go to sleep at night when they are sleeping in their sides? Mine have been doing it a lot lately and I wake up and my hands are tingling or numb. Also my feet have been feeling a little weird too, not painful but tingly if I cross my legs to long or walk in the mornings around my neighborhood.
