Am I wrong?

So me and my boyfriend are trying to have a baby right so one day me an him had a conversation about when I get pregnant do I want to post on social media about it . I told him no I want it private (that what my mom did when she was pregnant with me) . And he was a little upset because he wanted to show his kid and me to the world(he so dramatic lol) but I just feel like I want my pregnancy to be private because I don’t trust people because they like to wish bad. I told him I wanna keep it between my family and his family. I know people going to be upset about it but it’s my choice. But once our child is born then everyone can post the baby. Am I wrong for making my pregnancy private?
