Stomach problems

I don’t think I’m prego but I got a feeling so me an my bf did sex on period but we used protection and I was on my heavy cycle time and he said he ain’t bust or nun and the condom looked like it didn’t so idk and then later like 3 weeks later we had sex again and used protection again idk why am I getting symptoms of head aches stomach aches yellow pee yanning and a bad smell down there should I go see a doctor or it’s just me cause I’ve been eating a lot of unhealthy shit like candy and junk food and out idk ?????
