Ouch!
So I am 36+3 and found out today that I am around 3cm dilated and 50% effaced. I’ve been having pain all evening. They’re not contractions but I feel so much pain and pressure down there. I don’t know how else to explain it other than feeling like I got kicked by a horse lol is this normal? I wasn’t as sore yesterday or this morning. This all started around 4pm.
