Do I still have a chance??

First time ttc. Around halfway through my cycle I started spotting for 2 days with no cramps and a heavy feeling in my lower belly (not enough blood to fill a pad) took a pregnancy test at 8dpo got a negative result… I’ve very very rarely ever had breast pain during or around my period and if I did it was hardly noticeable.. but at around 8-9dpo my boobs started to hurt and continue to feel very sore (especially my nipples) and heavy to the point I can’t wear a bra and I’ve been getting waves of nausea all through the day… do you think I might be pregnant? Should I test again? Or how long should I wait before testing again?
