Anyone else with no/few pregnancy symptoms?

Anyone else have very few symptoms? I am 7 weeks and 3 days today - I have seen the heartbeat at 6 weeks and 4 days so I know everything is okay but I don’t have symptoms other than sore and huge breasts. I don’t know if everything is on track because I have no symptoms and I can’t help but worry.

I do have diarrhea and cramping now and then but not too bad. Wondering if diarrhea is normal
