Advice please

Hey guys I’m currently pregnant with baby number 8. I’m currently 27 weeks pregnant and I have this burning pain from my upper right side that radiates to my back, down to my lower right side. It happened all of a sudden and it feels like someone set me on fire and is just letting it burn. I don’t have a gallbladder so I know it’s not gallstones. But what else could cause this kind of pain. No contraction pain.
