Family in town, right before due date.

I have family coming to town two weeks before my due date.

First time I have ever dreaded it. I love them so much but I am in no position to host.

I felt like it was dropped on me. About 3 months back my MIL told my SIL to come out in October for a pumpkin patch. When my SIL and her family come to town they always stay with us. So when my SIL brought up coming out in October she asked if her family could stay with us. I of course agreed, not considering I would be exhausted.

Well they are planning to come up this following weekend and I am dying on the inside. I don’t want to clean, I don’t want to cook. I need to wash sheets for them to sleep on. I need to go grocery shopping and make some big meals while they are all here. And then we have to walk around for hours at a pumpkin patch when all I want to do is rest. These Braxton Hicks contractions have me feeling like CRAP! I constantly have diarrhea. I always have heartburn. I am just a mess and I don’t want to host my family 😭

I feel bad for saying that because I love them so much.
