Small gestational sac?

So my doctors appointment had to be rescheduled for 2 more weeks yesterday and I decided to pay for a private scan last night. They obviously don’t give medical advice but the gestational sac seems so small compared to the baby to me. Any insight? Could it just be the angle? It seemed like when she moved the Doppler around it looked different but this is the only printed picture I got.
