I wanted to get you all’s opinion on something.

So, my nephew is 2, closer to 3, years old. He has this strange fixation with his butt and other people’s butt.

He will turn around and rub his butt on ANYTHING (the wall, a chair, on other people). He talks about his butt all day long such as “hey, look at my butt” over and over. At the water park, he pulled his pants down and squatted over a water spout so the water could shoot into his butt. When I bathe him, he pointed his butt at me and bent over and again said “look my butt”.

He will squeeze anyone’s butt and say “you butt…”. He likes to smack people on their butt. He will pull his little underwear into his butt like a thong then tell you to look at it.

I don’t have a son and may be overreacting because I’ve been a CPS worker for 7 years.

Is that normal?
